Japanese Good Luck Signed Flag-0067 "SOLD"
This beautiful, battle-worn silk Japanese Good Luck Signed Flag is an iconic example of the popular bring-back item from the War in the Pacific. This particular flag shows battle scars and measures approximately 26.00″ high X 37.00″ long. The fly and hoist side edges have been hem re-enforced for additional strength. The brown paper corner tabs, made to look like leather, are sewn in place and there are no tie strings present. The flag is presented to: “Mr. Hamada Yoshio”. The slogan, Ki Buun Chokyu or “I Pray Your Military Fortunes Are Long Lasting” is prominently displayed. The character for, “Power” is also present, as are many names, signed by well-wishers.
