Sake Cup-0001 “Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration”

This beautiful “Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration” sake cup measures about 2.5 inches across.  It is in perfect condition with no chips are cracks. The rim is painted in gold leaf and is only slightly worn.  The center design features a Japanese navy battle flag, and anchor with a paulownia leaf and chrysanthemum in the center. Hand painted gold leaf kanji characters are noted at the 3, 9, and 12 o’clock positions.  The bottom of the cup is named.
