Sake Cup-0038 "Victorious Return!"

This Japanese Victorious Return Sake Cup is in very good condition.  Measuring a little more than 2.” across, the inside of the cup sports a large cherry blossom outline and displays of map of China within it. The design is painted in shades of white, yellow and blue; near the top a Japanese National Flag and Battle Flag are crossed.  Gold kanji characters for “Victorious Return!” line the inner lip of the cup; the entire rim is painted  in gold leaf paint.  The outside of the cup is in the shape of a Japanese Army helmet.  There is an Imperial Army star at the front of the kabuto, while an airplane, in white, is used as a base for the cup. There are no chips or cracks.
